10 years of experience as a Pilates Teacher specialized in the area of ​​therapeutic Pilates and in the management of healthy populations and those with pathologies.
My main focus in classes is to create a correlation between concentration and body awareness of the student, incorporating step by step the principles of this wonderful technique with fundamental bases of rehabilitation, creating a combination between the Pilates method and physical rehabilitation, achieving the student’s objectives without neglecting the harmony and fluidity of movement.
